Steph joined the Gidget Founders while working at Gidget Foundation Australia as the General Manager. Her role included overseeing the program design and launch of the first Gidget House in North Sydney.

Steph has extensive experience in executive management, operations, finance, program delivery and stakeholder communications across the corporate and community sectors. She has held senior positions at the Wayside Chapel, Canteen Australia and the Australian Charities Fund. Prior to utilising her skills in the community sector, she worked at Qantas for eight years.

Steph loves being involved with Gidget Foundation Australia and working with the Founders, staff, and volunteers to support the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents.
