Testimonials
"What a great video. As a GP, I think managing PNDA would be so much easier if there was greater awareness about it, and less stigma in the community. Parents are often ashamed to come forward for emotional support; they can feel like failures. I think awareness campaigns like this go a long way to reminding parents that PNDA is a common and treatable illness, and that help is available. I am particularly pleased to see that this video involves fathers who are often under-recognised when it comes to PNDA."

"Captures the essence of the audience. This video will positively impact many expectant parents. It will be such a useful tool for midwifery childbirth educators in delivering a very powerful and sensitive message. Thank you Gidget xx"

"This video is short, light, bright with a positive feel. All our childbirth educators agree that its positive approach supports them discussing a sensitive issue with parents to be."

"A good conversation starter for further information on PNDA. I'm a midwife and a mother and I know that many families are lucky enough to have had little contact with health professionals prior to pregnancy, making information and education crucial to all pregnancy services. The Gidget Foundation presentation emphasises both parents' emotional needs and the professional supports that are available to both."

"This video will positively impact many expectant parents. Watching this powerful video – through the lens of a perinatal specialist midwife, a childbirth educator and a mum of 4 – I can endorse the importance of educating families on prioritising emotional wellbeing through pregnancy. This short clip is articulated in a very professional way."
