With a varied career background, Simone Short has been involved with Gidget Foundation Australia since its inception. Simone has held various voluntary roles over the past 22 years including that of Committee President and Volunteer Manager. Simone was also the Company Secretary for over 4 years and has completed The Australian Institute of Company Director’s Course.  Simone is both a Gidget Founder and is currently in the position of Chair of the Board of Directors.  She is also the youngest sister of Gidget.
