Nicola is a disputes, litigation and regulatory lawyer, specialising in the health industry. She has over 10 years’ legal experience and has predominantly worked for state health departments, private hospital providers, aged care providers, medical defence organisations and life insurers.

Nicola is a Senior Legal Counsel at Australia’s largest private cancer care provider, GenesisCare Australia. She started her professional legal career at top-tier law firm MinterEllison, before moving to join Australia’s largest private hospital provider, Ramsay Health Care Australia, as a Corporate Counsel.

Nicola has a Bachelor of Laws degree (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Major in Politics and International Relations) from Macquarie University.

Nicola is passionate about health law and promoting positive patient outcomes and experiences. Nicola also enjoys mentoring young people and volunteers as a mentor with Youth Off The Streets.
