Melissa is an accomplished HR professional who made a significant impact in corporate organisations, dedicating 15 years to a successful career in HR and leadership positions. In late 2022 she transitioned to Gidget Foundation Australia, where she assumes the role of People and Culture Director, developing and implementing the organisation's people practices.
