Lisa Hensley was a close school friend of Gidget’s and is a mother.

She is a highly respected Australian actor who has played many roles in various TV shows, mini series as well as acting in over 10 feature films. Her extensive theatre career and passion for the stage has remained strong. She recently played opposite Bryan Brown for two seasons, in the comedy, drama series Let’s Talk About.

Lisa is one of Australia’s leading voice over artists and has enjoyed a varied career in radio as well. Currently she is developing a podcast series, which will launch next year.

Lisa has been a strong supporter of the Gidget Foundation for many years and is passionate about promoting awareness of perinatal depression and anxiety.
