She also made a mental note to herself that she would do what she could to support this organisation when she was in a better position to do so. Gen'ss professional experience spans 20 years in the mental health and social service sectors, within government and non-government organisations. This includes her most recent role leading a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff delivering support services to people of diverse genders and sexualities.
