Martina is a Mental Health Social Worker with a PhD in Gender and Health and a Master’s degree in Family and Couple Therapy. Martina provides compassionate therapies to women during pregnancy and in the first year of motherhood, understanding firsthand the joys, challenges, and messiness of being a mum. She believes in the power of warmth and empathy to foster safety, connection, and healing. She honors every woman’s unique journey and offers a safe space for reflection, growth, and skill development to assist women in regaining well-being.
