Caitlyn is a compassionate Clinical Psychology Registrar with a special interest in parent and infant mental health. She is dedicated to helping people navigate the enormous transition to parenthood and establish healthy, connected families. Caitlyn is a warm and flexible clinician who is responsive to her clients’ needs and direction. She creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to process their experiences and find purpose and meaning.
She uses a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has worked across all stages of parenthood, from pre-conception to adolescence. She has experience supporting perinatal depression and anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, infant attachment, partner relationships, and parent and infant sleep.
Caitlyn has a Master of Clinical Psychology from La Trobe University and a PhD in sleep psychology from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
