Bethany joined Gidget Foundation Australia in 2020 after spending the first 12 years of her career working within government and corporate sectors. Bethany worked for the Department of Lands Heritage Division for five years in several Public Programs and Marketing roles. Before working for Gidget Foundation Australia, Bethany worked for a multinational car manufacturer and managed many facets of marketing, public affairs, events, and large-scale operational transformation initiatives.

After becoming a mother herself, Bethany’s passion for supporting the emotional wellbeing of new parents led her to a significant career shift where she was determined to use her diverse skills to support an organisation with an aligned passion.

Bethany is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Gidget Foundation Australia’s client-focused programs. This role includes developing the organisational strategy for all program streams to ensure excellence in delivery and developing insights and recommendations for program enhancement.

Bethany has two beautiful boys who keep her and her husband on their toes and constantly remind them to stop and smell the roses!
