Barbara joined Gidget Foundation Australia in November 2023 as our People and Culture Coordinator.

She is an HR professional with over six years of experience in human resources generalist roles. During her career, Barbara has worked across diverse sectors such as Education, Allied Health, Not-for-profit, Hospitality, Logistics and Supply Chain, in medium to large organisations, and in highly operational and ever-changing environments.

Before working in Human Resources, she spent 10 years in the hotel industry working for international hotel groups, where she held various positions in operation and administration.  

Barbara is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and promoting employee health and wellbeing. She feels privileged to work for Gidget Foundation Australia which to her supports such an important cause, and she very much looks forward to contributing to the success of the organisation.
