Anne Stapleton has been a psychiatric nurse for 40 years, having trained at Gladesville Hospital. Currently, she is employed as a Perinatal Infant Mental Health Nurse at Royal North Shore Hospital and as a Registered Nurse at South Pacific Private Hospital.

She has also studied and worked as a naturopath and has completed training as a yoga teacher. Both of these areas have helped her when supporting people towards a healthy lifestyle and meeting their individual needs. Anne is focussed on women and families in her practice and is a very passionate advocate for supporting emotional wellbeing and PNDA.
