Jenny is a warm and empathetic Clinical Psychology Registrar and Registered Psychologist. She has clinical experience in a variety of public and private settings, including hospitals, university clinics, research centers, and private practice. She is passionate about supporting the well-being of parents throughout their parenting journeys, from pre-conception through to becoming a new parent. As a mother herself, Jenny understands that every person’s parenting journey is unique.

Jenny has a holistic approach to understanding each person’s needs and works collaboratively to tailor evidence-based treatments to best suit each individual. In treatment, she integrates elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and attachment theory. She has a particular interest in working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) groups and exploring the influences of culture on mental health.

Jenny has a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology with Honours from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
