Gidget Foundation Australia is looking forward to hosting its 3rd annual Melbourne Cup Luncheon. Supported by L’Oreal, Nine Cares and Veuve Clicquot, this event is a chance to come together to celebrate the race that stops the nation, while doing so for a worthy cause.

This fabulous lunch will be held at Zest at The Spit, located on Middle Harbour and will include a three-course lunch, a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival and a beverage package. Raffles and traditional sweeps will entertain, along with best dressed and the Big Race! Bring your partner, bring your friends or your work colleagues and make your Melbourne Cup celebration count this year with Gidget Foundation Australia.

Gidget Foundation Australia is a not for profit organisation that provides programs to support the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents.

Nearly 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers will experience perinatal depression and anxiety that is often hidden and not fully understood. It impacts around 100,000 Australians each year, and 50% of parents experience adjustment disorders.

Your attendance at events like this is so important to us. Not only does it raise vital funds to allow us to continue to support those who need us most, it also helps us work towards ending the silence and stigma around mental health, in particular, perinatal depression and anxiety.
