Rachael joined Gidget Foundation Australia in August 2023 in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.
Having come from a strong operational background of over 20 years, Rachael has a particular interest in women’s health and wellness.

Rachael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Executive team, ensuring the seamless execution of the organisation’s strategic initiatives.
She is passionate about creating and leading strong, high performing, engaged teams that are committed to achieving an organisation’s mission.

Rachael is excited to apply her extensive experience in embedding structure and organisational excellence across multiple disciplines as Gidget Foundation Australia continues to grow nationally.  

Outside of work, she enjoys anything active however, hiking in the bush and spending time with her two children are both favourite ways to unwind.
