Carla is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. Her hope is to play a role in further research and treatment of trauma and the ways in which our body and mind reflect it.

Being apart of the beautiful Gidget Foundation Australia team has already allowed Carla to learn beyond her degree, allowing her to feel even more inspired to continue working within the mental health space.

When she’s not working or navigating the last year of her degree, Carla enjoys motivating people through tough Pilates workouts and spending time with the incredible people that surround her.
