Deliveries and Refunds

Gidget Foundation Australia online shop orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days from North Sydney NSW.
All online orders are acknowledged with a confirmation email and receipt.

All online purchases are sent via Australia Post standard parcel post mail.

Please allow the additional business days listed for the arrival of your parcel.

Please note that business days are 9am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.


Gidget Foundation Australia is committed to providing quality fundraising items to our supporters.

As a general rule, all online shop purchases are final, Gidget Foundation Australia is not able to facilitate refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced.

The buyer is asked to please send a photograph of the faulty or damaged item and the receipt to: shop@gidgetfoundation.org.au


All online donations are final.

As a charity, Gidget Foundation Australia is unable to facilitate donation refunds.

If a donor enters their donation amount incorrectly, they should call the Gidget Foundation Australia Administration Manager on 1300 851 758 for assistance to rectify this.
