Kylianne is a personal trainer, adventurer, counsellor, blogger, fitness contributor, presenter, founder of The Movement Room and the Move For Mental Health initiative. Her mission is to integrate different counselling strategies over movement based adventures to create opportunities for powerful forces of growth to overcome emotional challenges, to allow clients to start living not just surviving.

Kylianne is a big believer in the power of movement as a coping strategy against mental and emotional struggles like stress, state of overwhelm, depression and anxiety. Helping women seek out what movement can give back emotionally to invest in the body as the vehicle to living a more fulfilled life, instead of setting physical goals where the focus is to continually try and perfect how we visually appear in order to keep up with societal expectations.
